Still no MR2 update??????

I am still not getting a notification for a new update yet, what is going on??? Has everyone who has the Thunder bolt got their update yet??? When I check for update on my phone, nothing happens, usually I will get a error message or no available updates but it's been about 3 weeks now since I clicked on the update and it will search for like 1 sec or 2 then just disappear? Verizon is not helping either?????
 
I just got my first notification today. I'm not sure this means anything, but today is also the first day of my new billing cycle.
 
I bought my phone Tuesday and it started the update as soon as it was activated. Which sucked because I immediately went home and downgraded so I could root. I stood at best buy for an extra 20 minutes waiting for download and install.

I have not gotten the MR2 update either. I called Verizon tech support about a separate issue and when the tech found out I had not received the update he spent 20 minutes trying to make my phone accept it - to no avail.

He then told me that HTC was aware of the issue and would be pushing the update to everyone by the end of the month.
 
I woke up Monday morning (7/25) to find the update waiting for me, though I rejected it. Makes me wonder if Verizon has some sort of phasing set up for this (or any other) update.
 
+1. I also have not got the update (MR2). Does anyone know how long it normally takes for everyone to get a new update when they come out? Thanks everyone for your help.
 
Is this the same update that came out 2 or 3 weeks ago or is this something brand new?

Are you sure your phone hasn't already installed it? A lot of folks have claimed that their phone automatically installed the updates.

What do you see under "Options --> About Phone --> Software Info"? Specifically under "Baseband" and "Software number"?

You don't need to downgrade MR2 to MR1 to root....however the root process will leave you with MR1.
 
It has not been pushed to my phone either. I haven't tried to 'check new' though.

baseband version: 1.16.00.0402w_1

software number: 1.13.605.7
 
Well, it's good to know I'm not the only one on this. And yes I still have the same baseband version: 1.16.00.0402w_1. I'm hoping HTC/Verizon fix this by the end of the month.
 
I just upgrade my son's DInc to a T-bolt and after 7 days, it still wouldn't see the update. Went to the VZW store, after a factory reset and SIM swap out, still nada. So they gave him a new phone (within the 14 day timeframe) - did a 'check new' and bam, there it was. As an aside, my launchday T-bolt saw the update as soon as it went live. Go figure...

I'm still on the original software. Does anyone that has got the new update (MR2), go from the original software (1.12.605.6) straight to MR2 without having to do MR1 first? I also never seen an update notification for MR1, (although I'm glad I did not get MR1) which makes me wonder if I will ever see the MR2 update. Thanks everyone for your help.
 
My phone won't upgrade...It is aware of the upgrade but everytime it tries to do it I get the message "Download Failed"..... oh well let the free hotspot continue
