Stock android's gallery app no longer has "move" button?

I swear it used to have a cut and paste function before but now I can't find it, it only says edit, crop, set picture as, and details when I select an image. I need to go through file manager to move things between folders now, which is annoying because it doesn't have previews

Did some hidden mandatory update happen or is it just on my side? (oukitel k10000 pro)
