Stock Blur with no bloat?

Is there a ROM out that is stock blur with all the Verizon bloat removed? There like needs to be a ROM thread stickied, that would be nice

Th3ory's shif3r rom base is basically just blur, tweaked and improved a bit, with no bloat. See the thread with a link to it. You can also just freeze or remove bloat yourself if you're rooted anyway.
