i can't seem to find a setting to take the browser out of mobile mode. Is it possible?

In the URL box enter- about:debug
Nothing will seem to happen. But when you go to More / Settings you will see the option for mobile or desktop

I see the additional 'Debug' section in the settings but nothing for mobile/desktop. Has anyone else seen this?

To consistently get the full, non-mobile versions of web pages, do this:

1. Type about:debug into the URL bar and press enter.
2. Go to Menu > Settings > Debug
3. Change UAString to "desktop"

What a great help... thanks. (Wouldn't it be nice if Samsung put that tip in their manual?)

Could someone do a YouTube video of this? Sorry but I can't even find a menu button.:-\
The menu button appears in the very upper left corner of the display...it's a few horiztonal lines if I remember correctly. Unlike other versions of android where the menu button is always there, on honeycomb the buttons are more dynamic.

tried it, nothing happen... opened menu settings but there is no debug choice appears :(
although, my browser opens practically every website in desktop mode automatically, except those that are optimized for mobile. but on all of those, on the very bottom, there is a button that allows to choose between mobile and desktop versions

This is the best tip of the year! Errr... best tip since the Tab came out! THANK YOU!
