Stock Browser on Moto X

Anyone know how to get the "stock browser" on Moto X.

Chrome is nice, but its really not ready for mobile,

After all these years, it can't reflow text, so by the time you zoom in enough
to read the text of some pages, half of the page has scrolled off the phone.

In the absence of Stock, any other browsers that can reflow text, prevent pop-ups ?

I've seen the AOSP browser apk floating around, but you're gonna need root access.

Tried one from the market named ICS Browser but it was a crash fest.
