Stock browser sync with Desktop Chrome

I just moved to the S4 from a stock S3 and I liked how the stock browser synced with my Desktop Chrome bookmarks on my S3. Please let me know what and how I make this happen on my S4.

Can't you just use the Chrome bowser on your S4 and sync that way?

I like the stock browser. It should work like the S3 did. Why would they have changed this?
