Stock Camera App Crashing

All of a sudden the stock Camera app has started crashing. No warning. Tried all the usual things, cleared cache, cleared cache partition, rebooted numerous times. No change.

Downloaded Open Camera and that sends to work ok. Also downloaded Camera MX but that also crashes. This leads me to believe there might not be anything wrong with the stock app but with a process that both these apps use.

Anybody else having any issues?

Could be a hardware problem? Have you tried Device Help > Fix > Hardware Tests > Rear Camera?

Thanks for the reply. I actually tracked this down to a couple pics that got corrupted. All was well earlier tonight, I had taken a few pictures and then rotated them using Quick Pic. Next time I went to use the camera it kept crashing. After I deleted the questionable pictures everything started working fine again!
