Stock email app not syncing over wifi

Appreciate if anyone could help me on this, as I'm facing this issue since 20/9.
My android stock email app is not connecting to outlook.office365.com server when its on home wifi. But when its on mobile data it will connect.
And also this is the same day I allowed Kitkat 4.4.4 to install.
Things I have checked so far,
1. My company has confirmed there's no blockage from exchange server/active sync side
2. Reset home wifi router to defaults
3. Equalled that netwrok security type as per mobile data (i.e. WPA2-PSK)
4. Tried accessing outlook.office365.com from chrome and get the DNS lookup failure error

I am confused why outlook.office365.com is unreachable only when I'm on home wifi, and am out of solutions.

Are there any settings in the device to block certain urls by any chance?

Can anyone help me on this?

Is it safe to assume that everything else works fine on Wi-Fi?
You could try setting a static IP on your device and also setting the primary and secondary DNS servers (IIRC, 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4).

Edit: what happens if you go somewhere and use a 3rd party Wi-Fi?

Hi ,

Even me migrated to office365, no sync when i'm using wifi showing as "Coludn't open connection to server", working over mobile data. Please help me if its working for you.
