Stock Email wont send emails

I have the Droid X and my stock email stopped sending emails out. I receive emails ok. I have not changed anything and have checked all settings. Anyone with ideas?

Nevermind, switched off Wifi then every email in my outbox was sent. I guess email wont go out if you are on Wifi.

There is something going on with the stock email program. keep an eye out. All of a sudden my mail stopped sending as well. It would sit in the outbox forever.

I eventually gave up and downloaded MailDroid. Its a great replacement email program.

How do you like Maildroid? Other than what happened today with my emails sitting in the outbox, and not being able to "copy and paste" I have been pretty happy with the stock program.

I like it. I was so tired of stock email not working. Not only would emails not send, they wouldn't push to my inbox. Maildroid isn't perfect but the dev is working on it often. I like it enough to use instead of stock email. If you still have the same problems with stock email check it out.
