Stock Messages App [Lollipop]

Hello

I updated my s5 to lollipop a while back and had no issues at first. Made my phone better if anything but now that is an understatement. A few bugs here and there but the biggest of all is my messages app, I can be sending a text message and the app will crash. Sometimes I can reply to a text fine, close the app and when I open it back up it just says no messages and I can't receive any messages. I have to reboot my phone. It's really annoying. Happens at least 4 times a day. Anyone had any similar issues?

Go to Settings / Applications and select the messaging app. The clear the app cache. After that boot into recovery mode and clear the system cache. Reboot after that and try the app again.
