Stock messaging app notification issue

I noticed that the message app is not storing message notifications in the notification app. The notification appears on screen. It appears for a split second in the notification bar but disappears immediately. Works fine with Textra or Verizon messaging. I'm running beta P.



Update: worked fine in Safe Mode. Deleted all my messaging apps but no success. I then deleted other apps until it started working.... Not sure which app did the trick but all is well.
