Stock Music app keeps crashing

Hi! Since yesterday... my s5's stock music app keeps on crashing when trying to go to other section and im stuck at playlists. I tried to clear data but it didnt work. Can it be fixed?
If it cant be fixed unless factory reset, any suggestion for some simple free music app?
Current android version : latest 4.4.2 build

Did you recently add any new media content to your device? (like .mp3s or other sound files)

You could have bad/corrupted mp3 tag information in your files causing the stock player to behave this way.

Yes i do download some music from 4shared. How to know which file is corrupted as all 4-6 music that i download plays well?

Well...your post says "since yesterday" it started to happen. If you can connect to a PC and move over any of the recently downloaded tracks (based on the file timestamps) you can investigate that way. If you don't have a PC, use a file explorer app to see which media files were downloaded within the last couple days and remove them from the device; either delete them or move to cloud storage.
