Click to expand... more strings: /sdcard/ally_security check_LGE_official: fopen(%s) error check_LGE_official: enable_root = %d, size = %d basically its looking for /sdcard/ally_security and deciding weither to give root or not. still looking into original recovery stuff

D drewwalton19216801 Well-known member Dec 27, 2010 2,476 2,803 0 Feb 9, 2011 #6 Yeah I just noticed this as well. Seems like when you root VC, it borks shell access in the stock recovery. If you install custom recovery, the problem ceases to exist.
