Stock Task Manager

I understand task killers are bad but is there anything wrong with using the stock Froyo task manager to force stop apps?

Nobody is stopping you from killing off whatever you want.

Is there a particular reason you want to kill things off?

I don't know. I guess to try to potentially get the best battery life possible!

I use the stock task manager and running apps service to stop alot of the apps from running in the background....just make sure ur not stopping some of the phone system apps.....it'll slow down and/or freeze up the phone

Yeah I only stop the stuff like Facebook and Twitter. Like I notificed Twitter running and I hadn't accessed it since yesterday! Haha
