Stock UI or Nova Prime?

Which launcher are you currently using on your LG G4?

Had a play around with the stock launcher. It's certainly an improvement since the G3 and if I wasn't used to Nova I'd probably stick with it. Like that you can change the icons to anything you want.

Since I'm one of the unlucky one's forced to reset every month I'm trying to go stock for awhile. I usually go straight to Nova which I love. Stock lacks in a couple areas especially gestures which I use all the time. It's very good though.

I've switched over to Nova. There really wasn't much on the stock launcher that I used (I had disabled that LG screen almost from the start). One other thing is that I use Muzei for background, and I couldn't double tap on that with stock launcher. I can with Nova, and I just double tap at top of screen if I want it to sleep.

I use Nova just because it has a backup and restore feature. I change devices frequently - so just by having this option I can always have the same layout on my desktops. Fantastic. But I didn't see anything truly wrong with the LG UI for hte ... 5 minutes I looked at it.

This exactly!

I usually don't even look at the launcher on a new phone - I install Nova, then my apps, then my Nova backup, so all the screens look the way they used to. I know which screen my car apps are on, I know which screen my appointment apps are on - so all my phones look the same all the time.

About the only time I run the stock launcher is when I'm setting Nova up, or when I'm working on someone else's phone (which keeps reminding me why I use Nova). LG's launcher isn't bad, but I much prefer Nova.

I don't get this "all my phones" thing. Why do you have more than one?
