There are not many photos floating around of the stone leather, so I thought I would post a few. I hated it at first, but actually like it now. It matches pretty much anything you could wear.

I've had this watch for 5 days now and I personally still don't like the color. I just installed a black leather band and I'm not lookin' back. I love the black leather with the steel watch. Glad the stone leather works for you...
When I got mine, I thought "this is not 'stone grey' it is 'taupe'"! I think it is a nice color, but I was hoping more for a real grey and not a grey-brown taupe.

funny b.c I swear the color of mine looks different than some of the other "stone-grey" I have seen. It looks much closer to taupe in person.

I agree! I was worried with all the negative comments, but surprisingly, I love mine and have gotten lots of compliments on the watch while wearing it. It does go with just about everything.
I should clarify that I don't think it is a bad color, and it does go well with lots of stuff. I just felt a little mislead by the color name (and what few pics were on the Motorola site) and would have rather had something that was more grey. Generally, I am pretty pleased with the color.
