Stop Nagging Me

On a stock, unrooted Moto X PE... Is there a way to suppress the repeating announcement of the Lollipop update? I have no plans to update anytime soon.

Because everything is working on my new Moto X with 4.4.4 and I am betting that will no longer be the case after the update.

I know that with my original Moto X, everything was fine in Jelly Bean, but there were issues with KitKat until 4.4.4 (mostly related to BlueTooth). Lollipop is a big upgrade and I'd like to wait until issues that will undoubtedly be in first few releases get worked out.

Speaking for myself, because Kit Kat works perfectly. Just don't see what benefit Lollipop brings that makes it worth putting up with its imperfections.

Why, specifically, should I want to update?

That's what I did
You don't lose it, it will tell you that if you end up wanting it just go to settings...etc
