Stop Recording Video takes a long time and video sometimes doesn't save.

Hi. On my S9+, when i record a video, when i press stop, it takes a long time to official stop and save the video. It doesn't record anymore but it takes forever to save the video and go back to the camara app(minutes). Sometimes it freezes and doesn't save the video at all and I have to shut down the camera app.

Has anyone had any issues like this?

Is it saving to Internal Storage or the SD card?

Never seen on the phone,
but camera with slow or incomparable sd card will do this ..!!

It is saving to SD Card. Maybe slow or corrupt SD card? Pictures are fine.

Something is wrong ..
Go to camera app ..
Clear cache and data ..
soft reset .. see if it help ?
Mine opens instantly..!

erm...built in camera app?or 3rd party camera apps?

It is saving to SD Card. Maybe slow or corrupt SD card? Pictures are fine.

The first thing to do is to change the default save location in the Camera app to Internal Storage, then see if the video recording problems persist. If they go away, then it's likely a card issue. Try a different card.
