Storage Use Apps

I noticed when I went into the Storage Use section that there are a lot of Apps I've never seen before such as EPST, Contacts Storage, Street View, Dialer Storage, My Uploads, Field Trail, etc. Are these part of the Upgrade?

Correct those are all part of the 2.3 gingerbread upgrade
