Does this look right? I have 64GB of internal storage

that looks seriously weird. If you have a file explorer can you go into some directories and sort the files by size? What is taking up all that space? do you have a lot of big games or videos? if so, you may want to move those to a card.

I should have more than 6gb left.

Here is the problem. Other forums suggest using dialer code *#9900# to fix it, but Verizon has disabled that option....

beyond me, but of course you are carrying 4 gigs in the download folder (and quite a lot of pictures and whatnot as well.) For temporary fixes, at least, that would be a solution.

if there was a hidden problem there, of course you'll just need to call Verizon
