Strange Battery Behaviour

Hi,

My Tab 2 10.1 has started displaying some strange battery behaviour.

It charges normally and reaches 100% in what has always been about the normal time.

When I use it or leave it in standby, it appears to discharge very quickly to about 4%. If I then carry on using the Tablet or leave it in standby without connecting the charger, the battery appears to recharge itself and the amount of charge increases.

This even shows on the graph in the battery section of settings. It shows an increase in battery charge, but does not show the battery charger being connected.

My tablet is running ICS 4.0.4 and is about 6 months old.

Has anyone got any ideas or solutions please?

Can you post battery stats here? Goto battery info screen and take a screen shot. Which will also shows which applications are running and how much thy using the battery. This is to make some things more clearer to understand wot actually happening.

When you do find out, patent the cause. Samsung most like have not and do not tell them either!
