Strange Battery Drain Problem with Samsung Galaxy S4 (I9500)

I had the same, phone started getting hot when charging and eventually would turn itself off when at about 70% and get caught in a reboot loop. Local phone shop replaced the battery under warranty as I noticed it had swelled. Apparently Samsung are aware of a bad batch of batteries.

There is a fault with the batterys on the s4 that samsung are aware of. I poped in to the pho e sjop where I had my s4 from and they sent me a new battery within days of going in free of charge

Salaam to all . I own Samsung S4 . when i charge it , after 10,15 mins it shows battery full notification but when i unplug and then plug it again then it shows charging .. i have to repeat it for several times if i dont then battery shows 5 % after 10 min of use ....
Pls any one who know how to fix it ?

Battery technology is still imperfect. Even if the screen shows 100%, it does not always mean the battery is charged physically 100%. My phone sometimes drop from 100% to around 90% in 10 minutes which is inaccurate even though I don't use the phone. The software is just trying to match the actual amount of battery by giving you number of % but no guarantee.

i have my S4 (1 years old)
I have the same probelm. i bought new original battery and the phone keep drains. after 2-3 hrs work it comes to 15-14%

I think that something might be wrong wrong with the phones CPU.

who know how can i check it?

HELP! I don't know if my battery is broken or maybe my phone. It shows the sign that it's charging (the one with the lightning on the battery) but it remains 0% or 1%. I've tried several chargers and it's charging but the battery's still 0/1% I've charged it for more than an hour already and did the restart and remove battery method. What should I do?

Guys i need help i got samsung gt i9505 when i remove the bettery it won,t turn on at all nothing happened not even charge then i have to charge with universal charger out of from phone i change the battery also but no thing happened it react same like that when it power on after 4 5 hours it works fine no problem at all what should i do

its not the battery the phone just needs to be left alone not on the charger you can even leave the battery out it sorta of helps leave your phone alone for an hour or 2O
