Strange "coating" on SIII screen??

Hi, new user here just jumped ship from BB to the wonderful Galaxy SIII, just have a quick question, has anyone else noticed there seems to be some kind of coating on the screen making it slightly rougher than you would expect.
If you breath on the screen like you would to fog up glass you can make this out however using screen cleaners (non-abrasive) hasnt made any difference.........is it just mine that has this problem??
