Strange issue with ATT Microcell site

So I have been able to reproduce this issue a few times now:
After being at home for lengthy time(measure in more than a few hours) using my ATT Microcell site and using WiFi as well, once I leave home, the OP3 refuses to get data from normal ATT towers. Cell signal is fine, but no H or LTE. Even cycling airplane mode doesn't fix it and I need to reboot to get LTE back.

My Nexus 6P, Samsung S7, no issues.

I tested a bit at home with this and turned off the microcell site and wifi after a short time using the microcell(less than an hour), no issue getting LTE from ATT towers. It seems its the length of time is a factor.

Strange issue indeed.

I've heard of people having trouble with the OnePlus 3 on AT&T. Seems data is a bit of a headache.

Seems like the problem went away with the 3.2.1 release

OP3T. Issue persists.
I can only reconnect by restarting my phone outside of the microcell every time I leave.
