Strange message on S10+

Tonight my Galaxy S10+ was on the table not being touched by anything. It lit up and displayed the message "I need your consent for a few more items to continue". This stayed on for maybe 5 seconds then disappeared. Does anyone know what this is talking about or has anyone else seen this happen? It is the first time I have seen it. Thanks

My Bixby has not been set up yet as far as I know. Could it do it without being setup?

Not unless you command it , sometimes the keys be set to default

Oh, wow! How strange! Bixby would sometimes switch on or surprise me when I'd hit the wrong button. Similarly, our Google Home will sometimes activate even if we in no way asked it to do so. Assistants these days!
