Strange problem with youtube

It happens to me too. Right description and comments but wrong video. Rebooting helps for a bit but it starts doing it again a couple hours later. This was happening before gb upgrade and after.

Clear the cache and data. Then try uinstalling updates and reinstalling updates of the You Tube app.
