Strange "Wave" Icon Appearing After GB Upgrade

The best way for me to explain this icon is it looks like 3 waves or 3 W's on their side. It appears on the right side of the notification bar next to my 3G icon. Have never seen it before my GB upgrade.

Any idea what this could be?

I too didn't know until I turned off vibration after a meeting. Again I too wish it was giving me bacon
