Strava activities recorded on Galaxy Watch will not sync with Strava?

Strava is not showing my activity when recording my activities through Strava on my watch and tapping sync to Strava when completed activity. Please can someone help with this? I have enabled sharing with Strava on Samsung Health settings.

I find that my phone and watch need to be in range next to each other and connected for the sync to work. Try this. Finish the run/bike then go to the galaxy watch app and go to the settings cog. If the watch and phone aren't talking to each other then some of the titles are greyed out. Go to the info page and pull down to refresh. If your battery and storage etc are updated then the connection is made. Now go to strava on the watch and try the sync. I find it works for me.

You may have already done this, but I had a similar issue and I thought S health was connected to Strava, but it wasn't. Go to S health on the phone, then connected services. Make sure the 'dot' on the right hand side next to the Strava symbol is GREEN. I had to fiddle about and press it exactly so it changed to green. Then, it synced every time (but sometimes it's instant and sometimes it can take a few hours).
