I have just ordered a ScreenBeam Mini 2 so I could mirror my Galaxy S9 image(s) to my Not Smart TV.
Has anyone ever tried to use the ScreenBeam with a S9?
I assume my phone will automatically search for the Screenbeam when I activate the Smart View option on my phone.
Please advise if anyone has tried this setup with a S9.
Thanks.
I will keep you updated on my progress when I get my ScreenBeam.

It runs so hot .. just like other streaming USB sticks ..
I refer Roku .. with so many extra functions and channels ...:)

UPDATE:
Received the ScreemBeam Mini 2 yesterday.
Installation and setup was very easy and the TV was "Ready to Connect" immediately when I selected the Source as HDMI 1.
So, I successfully was able to connect my Galaxy S9 to the ScreenBeam/TV by activating the Smart View Option.
My S9 screen was showing on the TV.
Now, the main reason that I bought this unit was so I could project the NFL and Yahoo App live football games to my TV.
Much better than watching the smartphone.
Guess what......both NFL and Yahoo do not allow their feed to be projected to a TV!!!!!!!
Everything else that I tried projected to the TV OK.

So, a lesson learned.
If anyone has a "fix" to project the football games to the TV. please let me know.

I will probably be returning the ScreenBeam.

I suspect that it is not the device (ScreenBeam or Chromcast) that prevents the mirror transfer but the software in the APP.
Both NFL and Yahoo Sports prevent the transfer of their feed.

I even tried to hook up my S9 direct to the HDMI but nothing happened.

Guess I'm stuck watching the football games on my phone.
