STUCK : Absolutely cannot get back to the main menu...

Hi everyone. I'm hoping that somebody can help me fix my daughter's phone.

She has a Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus GT-S7500T and she installed an app called 1000 wallpapers. She is now stuck with the following on her phone and we absolutely can not get back to the main menu to get rid of this fracking wallpaper.

We have tried the reset, hard reset, taken out the battery and SIM card, the whole shebang. I''m at an absolute loss as to how we get rid of not only the page, but the entire app. I'm really hoping that someone on this forum has come across this issue before and found a solution.

Sorry, Had to edit, for some reason I got here while looking at HTC devices. I would start by backing up any data on your daughters phone. From there, you might want to consiter wiping the phone if there's no way to get into the system menu and uninstall the app.

Hi Sarah
Just put the phone into recovery mode.
And do a factory reset.
That will fix your problem.
If you don't know how to ?
