stuck at at&t boot logo

i need help i recently rooted with kingo then found out how to remove the kingo app and then gave the control to supersu i removed some system apps and now it is stuck at the boot logo but what is weird is that I am able to access adb and adb is unable to access any root part-ions of the device I cant get into supersu or grant access because I cant even get to the home screen because its stuck at boot logo adb does work I have checked by doing some cammands can someone please help me with this
