Stuck at checking info

[AC Question]

While I click onto Google play store or Google now or Google mail etc. Screen changes to loading then to checking info where it gets stuck for a long while to come up with a message Google play services has stopped responding with options report, wait and OK. No matter what I choose it won't get through to next screen to log in to Google store etc.vin general to Google as device is not connecting? What yo do I have no idea... Seeking solution to this problem!
