As it says, I was using "Hasoon2000's HTC Vivid All-In-One kit". I managed to root and then attempted to flash the hotcakes kernal that is available in the kit. In doing so my phone rebooted and now is frozen on the HTC white screen. REALLY NEED SOME HELP!!!

I got stuck in the same spot. I tried to flash that BAMF and thought I had went thru the steps correctly but I never got asked if I wanted 2 update PH98img.zip and I went ahead and rebooted now im stuck on the white htc screen....did I miss something, I also used the all in one kit by hansoon

Yes, I've actually had this same issue too. Just download the HTC Holiday RUU, and make sure your bootloader is either locked or ReLocked or else you'll be stuck staring at <waiting for device>. By any chance, did you flash the holicakes Kernel with the Stock ROM?
