Stuck in a Bootloop

Yesterday my n4 got stuck in a bootloop ! I cant even acces in the recovery mode .. its stuck on the google logo screen (kinda of a bootloop in recovery) !
Help me ! plz

If its stuck on the google logo its not a bootloop. Are you rooted or anything? If you really cant get into your phone or recovery then you will have to fastboot flash stock images

i did the fastboot flash syock image and when it is time to reboot at the end , it get stuck again on the google logo screen ! thanks btw

The same thing happened to me once, I had to get a replacement phone.
