Stuck in a bootloop

have been searching for a while now, but i had Liberty 1.5 running on my droid x, didn't like it, so re-flashed back to .340 using RSD Lite and the .340 update posted on the forums.. now im stuck on "droid" turning to the red eye animation.. what do i do?

I did a battery pull and it worked.

Do a data/cache wipe. That worked for me after sbf'ing.

Oh, and it usually takes about five minutes to reboot after sbf'ing or flashing a ROM.
