Stuck in htc evo white screen after rom maanager backup

I was making a rom manger backup so i can upgrade to cyanogen mod 7 RC3 but I've meen stuck on the htc Evo 4G white screen.

Do i pull out the battery?
or is there anything else to do?

Pull the battery, boot into recovery manually and restore your Nandroid you just made... or a previous one if it did not make it that far, you didn't really say.

I just had the same thing happen to me tonight when backing up CM7 RC3 with rom manager, stuck at White HTC screen so I pulled battery. Manually booted into recovery, flashed my PC36IMG.zip that i keep on my SD card that flashes Amons Recovery RA 2.3 which is so much better than clockwork. From there I flashed a recovery of one of my fav roms.
