Stuck in soft brick cant access download or recovery mode PLEASE HELP

My Rooted samsung galaxy s3 will not boot up ,only shows the samsung logo

i get into recovery for about 5 seconds and then it shuts off. same thing for the download mode
ive looked around and can not find a fix any information would be helpful thanx!

Did you change anything before this started occurring? Flash a new Kernel, ROM, or install any new apps?

After i flashed a new rom (Synergys) But it was working fine only until my phone powered off then i couldnt get it starting again
