Stuck in weird loop after flash.

I have run into a boot loop that I can't find a fix for. I was flashing a rom, and must have messed up somewhere. Now when the phone powers on, it immediately goes to the fastboot screen. It will show th screen for half of a second, then it will go dark. It repeats this loop every five seconds. If I time it right i can choose the clear data option. As soon as it clears, it goes back to the loop. Any ideas. can't post picture, but here is whats on the screen.
