Stuck on Boot Animation

My phone has been stuck on the boot animation for well over an hour now. When I press the volume buttons during boot, they function, but as soon as I actually try to boot the phone, the animation continues forever. I've tried switching the sim and batteries, but nothing works. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Also, I've tried recovery mode, but I get a red triangle. I haven't unlocked my bootloader or done anything like that at this point
