Hey guys

My phone yesterday after charging it and powering it back up, it went through the boot up splash screen and now it is stuck on the 4G logo. I have never attempted to root the phone. It is stock. I would like to alleviate the option of resetting the phone to factory settings. I have important photos and videos on my phone. How can I at-least access the folders to retrieve my photos and videos that were saved to the internal memory ?

What I have tried so far :

Taking the battery out - then turn on
Booting it up and holding the volume up and power button to restore
Charging it fully - hooking up to PC

Thanks for the help

my orginal epic did this once. i believe all of your photos and videos would be on your sd card. just google epic 4g touch odin instructions. should clear you right up

Thanks for replying, I had some photos and videos on my internal since the Galaxy s2 has a internal SD card : (. Also I do not remember what update I have is that needed for odin ? If so how do I find out ?

Thanks

i think for the s2 the android 4.0.4 odin file is called FF17 or FF19 or something. just google "epic touch odin ics"
