Stuck on Circle Animation Boot Screen after Trying to Fix Boot Loop (Nougat)

Updated the files through per the thread in this forum and everything went smoothly, no errors, and on the final reboot, it is now stuck on the circle animation boot screen... we talking over several hours, with or without plugged in power.

Anyone else had this happen and were able to fix?

FYI at this point I just need to access the drive to get my Ti backup file for my new 6p... dang Google for now external SD! I thought I had backed up to Drive but it seems not since December.

Welcome to Android Central! Unfortunately, it's probably a motherboard issue. This was a known problem with the 6P. I'm not sure you can do anything about that.:-\

You haven't given us much to go on. Why was your phone boot looping in the first place? Which steps did you follow to reflash the firmware?

The boot looping is a known issue in these phones all over...

Ah, so it wasn't originally bootlooping because you had non-stock firmware or an alternate Recovery. Well, as the previous poster mentioned that was a hardware problem and the fix wasn't a great option (although I would have tried it too if it was my only device). You might try Google just to see if they'll help you out.
