Stuck on droid eye after jelly bean update

A while ago i got this notification about the update. I went through the process and after installation, the phone went to reboot and now its stuck in the droid eye screen. I tried recovery options and nothing, cleared cache and even did a factory reset. Just want to know if it has happened to anybody else? Thanks.

I'm experiencing the same problem. I thought it was my battery at 1st but the phone has been on the charger all night.
