You pull the battery, going into your recovery, and if it allows it, use adb push.

Really though, you should always have a backup file on there at all times, may it be a backup (nandroid), a stable rom, etc.

I'm having the issue of spending several (~5 to 6 minutes) on the Google screen. I have flashed the PRIMELC03 bootloader, and i'm currently waiting for it to boot so i can clear my cache. Does it do this boot problem on a stock build (build from AOSP)?
