Stuck on LG Boot/ WON'T BOOT INTO RECOVERY

I had the endgadget app force close and the phone self rebooted and locked up giving me the LG logo hang. Seriously thinking about back to V9 except I lost my V9 nandroid backup

Just a clarification. I believe restoring a V9-based nandroid will not get you back to a V9 baseband. I tend to think of a nandroid as a ROM + data.

I reverted all the way to V8-V9 and still get LG logo hang
