Stuck on padlock

[AC Question]

When i booted up my phone this morning i had to enter my pattern(not pin yet) and the open padlock appeared and never stops. I tried toi force reboot, use safe mode and wipe the partiton.

The phone is the S7.

why can't you pass the Padlock screen by typing the password? have you forgotten it?
