Please Help
Stuck with Boot Logo "Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini GT-I8190". Cannot Proceed Niether to Recovery mode and Download Mode.. USB Debugging can't be detected by the PC... I Use ADB and FastBoot Tool still can't Fix

Hi! I have the same kind of problem before but with a different model. I downloaded Samsung Kies and connected my phone to the computer where the Kies is intalled. It was detected by the Kies. There is an option there that it would download a recovery OS or firmware thinggy for the detected phone. It fixed my phone's issue. Might as well try it too.
