Stupid Lock Screen Problem

Hi everyone,

I bought this phone about a month ago and it runs smooth. But in the last couple of days whenever i get a missed call my default lock screen turns to a black box(see img) with a play and next buttons which does absolutely nothing.
I can't delete it and I can't even set my defaut lock screen to a standart clock.

Can someone help me out?

Have you reset to the factory setting? Sometimes it works, when those bugs appears out of the blue
