Stupid question...Are there extra fees in Google Play Music All Access?

Okay, So I subscribed to the trial for All Access. I don't understand, Are there any fees for how many songs you listen to? What about for storing the music for offline listening on your device? Only $7.99 a month for unlimited listening to and getting to listen to any song for as many times as you like seems way too good to be true. Don't want to get myself in a big hole if for some reason they charge me a bunch of money for something I didn't realize.

The only catch is the 8 bucks that is it. No hidden fees or amount of music u can listen to or download.
