Stupid question: how do I add more pages?

So, while I was organizing my icons, I deleted all but two pages. I'd like to add a 3rd and maybe a 4th but I can't for the life figure out how. Please help! Thank you all!

On one of the home screens, just pinch in. If you "pinch out", it also lets you view he homescreen without any icons. Not sure what that is for.
