Subforum for discussion rugged phones?

Could you guys implement this? I'm just TIRED of having to use the "General news and discussion" subforum for discussing my rugged phone.

This might be worthwhile. I myself carry a rugged phone for safety reasons. Peopole who want rugged phones have different needs than people who are fine with a normal old phone.
